Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the 98pk platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Last updated: June 2026. These terms apply to all users of 98pk.vip regardless of the device or location from which they access the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 98pk ("98pk", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 98pk.vip and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the 98pk Platform — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any form of betting or gaming — you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Continued use of the 98pk Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are supplemented by the 98pk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and should be read together with these Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use the 98pk Platform. 98pk strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 98pk reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC or passport. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the 98pk Platform. 98pk makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. By accessing 98pk, you confirm that you are not prohibited from doing so by any applicable law or regulation in your location.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each user is permitted to hold one (1) 98pk account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. 98pk will rely on the information provided to process deposits, withdrawals, and identity verification. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or name — is a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 Any bet, wager, deposit, or withdrawal made using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 98pk of a suspected breach of your account security.
3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 98pk support immediately. 98pk will investigate such reports but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions that occurred prior to notification.
3.4 98pk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This is particularly important for accounts funded via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other Pakistani mobile wallets where the same device is used for both betting and payment confirmation.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 98pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Minimum deposit is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
4.2 Deposit Restrictions. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 98pk does not accept deposits from third parties. If 98pk determines that a deposit originated from a payment source not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before any withdrawal is processed, the account holder must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which includes providing a valid CNIC and a selfie with the document. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. 98pk reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 banking days. 98pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on 98pk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 98pk will not be liable for fluctuations in USDT/PKR exchange rates.
5.1 All bets placed on the 98pk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where 98pk expressly provides a cash-out option and the user exercises that option prior to the relevant event settling.
5.3 98pk reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity.
5.4 All casino and slot games at 98pk use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are streamed in real time using physical equipment and real dealers. 98pk does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 Maximum winnings per single bet or game session may be subject to limits. Where such limits apply, they will be displayed within the relevant game or market on the 98pk Platform.
6.1 98pk may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional offers to eligible users. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
6.3 98pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Users who have already accepted a promotion and are actively meeting its wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or exploiting pricing errors — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98pk Platform:
98pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that engages in prohibited conduct, and to withhold funds pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
8.1 98pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment and should never be pursued as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.
8.2 98pk provides all account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion programme. These tools are accessible from your account settings after login.
8.3 If you wish to self-exclude from 98pk, you may do so for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and you will not be permitted to re-register. Please see our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

All content on the 98pk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and branding — is the property of 98pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of 98pk's content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
10.2 98pk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. 98pk will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
10.3 98pk's total liability to any user in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
11.1 98pk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if 98pk reasonably believes that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 98pk may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, 98pk reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and winnings derived from prohibited activity.
11.3 Users may close their own account at any time by contacting 98pk support. Any verified, withdrawable balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
98pk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 98pk will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of 98pk following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at 98pk.vip/terms-conditions.
Only persons aged 18 years or above may use the 98pk Platform. Age verification is mandatory and enforced without exception. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms.
Each user is permitted one 98pk account. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major Pakistani banks.
Identity verification (CNIC + selfie) is required before withdrawals are processed. 98pk uses KYC to protect all players and maintain the integrity of the platform.
All 98pk bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bonus abuse results in forfeiture.
Multiple accounts, automated betting software, fraudulent payments, and identity misrepresentation are strictly prohibited on 98pk and will result in immediate account closure.
